Directions to Crowne Plaza Heathrow: 

To find the Crowne Plaza Hotel, exit the M4 at junction 4, and follow the signs to the A408 West Drayton. The Crowne Plaza Hotel Heathrow is clearly signposted on the left.

Transfers to Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3:

Transfers to terminals 1,2,3 are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa and operate between 04:26 and 23:34 every 20 minutes. Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel for £4 per person one way and £8 per person return and 50p per child, per way. Prices and schedule subject to change.

Transfers to Heathrow Terminal 4:

For a transfer to terminal 4 please take the Heathrow Hoppa to terminals 1,2 or 3 and then take the free Heathrow Express which runs approximately 05.00 - 23.45 to terminal 4.

Transfers to Heathrow Terminal 5:

Transfers to terminal 5 are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa between 04:23 and 23:55 every 25 minutes. Times are subject to change.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Facilities:

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Heathrow has a brand new lobby and restaurant, bar, gift shop, guest laundry, 24 hour lounge with library and variety of leisure facilities including swimming pool.

Room facilities:

Ensuite bathroom, TV, telephone, radio, hairdryer, trouser press, tea/coffee making facilities and mini bar.

Leisure facilities:

Swimming pool, gym, steam room, sauna, spa (all free), sunbed, 9 hole golf course and beauty therapy (chargeable). Open 05.30-23.00. Please note that children are not permitted in the pool after 20:00 hours. 

The newest addition to the Crowne Plaza is a brand new kids playroom. It is located on the ground flloor, near the restaurant and lobby bar. It has child safety doors, double glazing and has childproof sockets. 

As the Crowne Plaza works closely with Legoland, they have a Lego theme offering various lego equipment, toys, colouring books and much more. Access to the room is via the front desk where parents have to sign a disclaimer form. 

At the Crowne Plaza, kids have their own kids menu and kids buffet (Buffet is free to children under 12yrs).

Restaurant Details:

Orwell's Brasserie - Serves modern British cuisine with authentic International flavours and a twist on classic dishes in an informal atmosphere. Opening times: 06:00-23:00. 

Orwell's Bar - An ideal choice for a light snack, tapas & cocktails. A modern & fresh space, Orwell's is open 24 hours a day also offering Starbucks coffee, beer, wine and spirits.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served from 06.30am

Room Service:

Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Children:

Family rooms are available for up to 2 adults and 2 children with excellent facilities to keep children entertained.

Disabled Facilities:

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Heathrow offers superb disabled facilities including lifts to accommodate wheelchairs.

There are limited dining and leisure facilities during Christmas and New Year. 

If you book this room-only package and park in the hotel car park, you will be charged at the standard daily rate of £25 per day.
